A software glitch caused some hours reported through the online Report Your Hours form to never officially submit. The good news is it’s been fixed. The bad news is, if you never got an email confirming your hours, you may not have gotten credit!
What should you do next?
Email masterrecycler@oregonmetro.gov about the event you never got confirmation for and either Stacy or Hans will double check if you got credit or not.
Let’s make sure you get credit for all your hard work!
Congratulations Class 87! / ¡Felicitaciones Clase 87!
Congratulations to Master Recycler Class 87! This class through North by Northeast Community Health Center graduated last night and we had a blast touring several reuse and recycling locations around town. These Master Recyclers have big plans and I can't wait to see all they do to help the community reduce, reuse, recycle, repair, repurpose, and rethink!
¡Felicitaciones a los Expertos en Reciclaje Clase 87! Esta clase del Centro de Salud Comunitario North by Northeast se graduó anoche. Nos divertimos recorriendo varios lugares de reutilización y reciclaje en la ciudad. ¡Estos Expertos en Reciclaje tienen grandes planes y no puedo esperar a ver todo lo que hacen para ayudar a la comunidad a reducir, reutilizar, reciclar, reparar, reutilizar y repensar!

Sheila O’Leary (Class 78)
Sheila O’Leary is now officially a Centurion Master Recycler with 119 hours! Sheila is active at Quatama Elementary School and their Green Team, educating students and staff on reduce, reuse, recycle and more. When she’s not busy at Quatama, you may spot her helping out at James’s Recycling events and PlanetCon. Thank you, Sheila! Think of all those students you’ve inspired!

Shelley Denison (Class 78)
Congratulations to Shelley Denison who is now certified as a Master Recycler with over 30 hours! Shelley has volunteered at lots of different types of events, including PlanetCon, Repair Fairs, apartment door-to-doors, plant swaps, farmers markets, and more! Thank you, Shelley, for all your time.

Jennifer Nowak (Class 85)
Jennifer Nowak has certified as a Master Recycler! Jennifer is very active at Sunset Primary School in West Linn and has put in multiple hours working to certify the school as an Oregon Green School. She led a classroom clean out event at the end of the school year, but that’s not all. She also volunteered at both the Sellwood and Milwaukie Farmers Markets. Thank you, Jennifer!
