Rose City Park is producing it's semi-annual Neighborhood Clean-Up event sponsored by the Metro Refresh Program, and would like a Master Recycler or two to help train and supervise volunteers on what can and cannot be recycled, and talk with participants that come through about recycling and reuse. You would have strong input into the volunteers roles and activities. Your hours are adjustable.

The Association will be providing Drop Boxes for large item disposal, metal, glass, and cardboard recycling. Styrofoam thru Green Century. Electronic Recycling thru Free Geek. And Household item reuse and recycling through Community Warehouse.

This event is outdoors but covered. The neighborhood association will provide a table and chairs.
