Join Master Recycler Jill Scheidel at the Beaverton Library Clothing Swap!

The Beaverton Library does a clothing swap a couple times a year so people can give new life to gently used items and others can get used items instead of buying new. Jill could use your help!

The Clothing Swap is Thursday - Friday, September 26th and 27th, and Sunday, September 29th. It’s usually quite popular! She could use help for 3 days, 2 days before and the day of.

• FULL - Thursday, September 26th, 2:00 pm to 6 pm.

• FULL - Friday, September 27th, 2 pm – 6 pm.

• Sunday, September 29th 10 am – 4 pm. (help needed from 10 am - 2 pm)

  • Duties: door counts, crowd control, set up and display, fold clothes, tidy up, clean up, box up leftovers and cart away leftovers to various nearby donation sites.

  • 3-4 volunteers needed.

She would appreciate any help and if a volunteer can’t do a complete shift, but only a portion of it, let her know the hours you are available.
