Join Master Recycler Jill Scheidel at the Beaverton Library Clothing Swap!

The Beaverton Library does a clothing swap a couple times a year so people can give new life to gently used items and others can get used items instead of buying new. Jill could use your help!

The Clothing Swap is March 9th, 10th, and 11th. It’s usually quite popular! She could use help for 3 days, 2 days before and the day of.

• Thursday, March 9th, 9:30 am to 2 pm.

  • Duties: accept donations, sort and set up tables.

  • 1-2 volunteers needed.

• Friday, March 10th, 12:30 pm – 6 pm.

  • Duties: accept donations, sort, display and set up.

  • 1-2 volunteers needed.

• Saturday, March 11th 9:30 am – 3 pm.

  • Duties: door counts, crowd control, display, fold clothes, tidy up, clean up, box up leftovers and cart away leftovers to various nearby donation sites.

  • 2-4 volunteers needed.

She would appreciate any help and if a volunteer can’t do a complete shift, but only a portion of it, let her know the hours you are available.
