PlanetCon is a twice a year event which is held in Washington County. It is put on by the Westside Planet Alliance (formerly called the Westside Master Recyclers). Each event allows local residents to recycle hard to recycle items such as electronics and plastics which are not recyclable at home. The event also includes a swap and repair fair, and education on sustainability topics.
Master Recyclers are needed for a range of educational tables, with topics such as general recycling, Eat Smart Waste Less, green Cleaning, reuse, repair, lawn alternatives and native plants, or even the ability to choose your own topic you are passionate about!
