Grand Opening Celebration for the new Homeowner Education Center

Saturday July 16 noon to 4pm

Join City of Portland staff, Alicia Polacok, at a Resourceful PDX table at Habitat for Humanity's new Homeowner Education Center grand opening celebration. This event will celebrate their new space to extend classes to all homeowners pre- and post-purchase. Some of the classes will focus on: Community & Resource Development, Financial Strength, Employment, Family & Parenting, and Home Care & Maintenance. Habitat feels that sharing ideas about where to go to reuse, fix, borrow share and maintain resourcefully will be useful information for new homeowners.
